Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions, Answered

How should I prepare for my first "in home" treatment?

The Preparation is minimal, the Therapist will bring all things they will need to preform there sessions in the home (i.e. Massage Table, Sheets, Hand Towel, Oil/Lotion). The client will just need to supply the area in the home/apartment for a Massage Table the size of 31" wide x 71" Long and a space around that with at least 1ft- 3ft of space for the therapist to move around the table safely with minimal obstruction.

What should I expect from my first session?

For most people wearing clothing that is easily removable prior to treatment is the best choice, due to undressing for the session (to your level of comfort). Most clients leave underwear on or wear a pair of shorts, being nude underneath sheets is perfectly fine as well. Client will be covered at all times not including the area being worked on in the moment. PRIVATE AREAS "STAY" PRIVATE. The therapist will work around the clothes you left on as best as they can. Your massage therapist will give you privacy to undress and get comfortable on the table.
