Knowledge comes from Experience, and we can all agree that we have experienced neck pain and body aches that come from bad postural positions that we find ourselves in daily. From time to time due to prolonged usage of technology and other factors our posture moves into the most comfortable position for those particular moments of time. Although in that moment we tend to be in a slouched, rolled shoulder, head down position that is a poor substitute for the one we should and need to be in. Massage can aid with the pain of bad posture, but it is up to each of us to change, better ourselves, and correct these poor postural behaviors.
